What kind of products do you sell?

We sell digital image packs and related digital content. Nothing is shipped physically.

How do I receive my files?

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link, usually within a few minutes. You can also access your files from your order confirmation page.

I did not receive my download link. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, email farhan.brandworth@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Can I use the files for commercial projects?

Yes, unless a product page says otherwise. Please read our License page for what is and is not allowed.

Can I get a refund?

Because files are digital, refunds are limited to specific cases such as corrupted files or duplicate charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Our products are digital, so they are available worldwide with no shipping charges.
