Refund Policy

All products at Brand Worth Store are digital files delivered electronically. Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds on completed downloads. We still want you to be happy, so the following applies:

We will refund or replace when

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your purchase.
• The product you received is materially different from its description.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download link.

We cannot refund when

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• You purchased the wrong product.
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email farhan.brandworth@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
